Adyen Payments

One-to-one coaching with several key home-grown Product Leaders across the organization, to support their development and success as leaders, while adapting their start-up culture to the larger organizational size post rapid growth. Honing strategy in deep dive discussion, refining and focussing goals and outcomes, all while rethinking team topology, forums, expectations, performance management and motivation of often inherited teams, were just some of the change areas addressed and achieved.
Tietoevry Public 360

Public 360
Transformation coaching with cross-functional leaders to ensure a meaningful shift in habits and ways of working. Through regular 1-1 coaching of the relevant leaders as well as cross-functional individual and team discussions with design, engineering and executives, the organization successfully implemented regular cross-functional forums and reviews, instilled accountability and set expectations of the product teams, and are aligning strategy across the functions to ensure appropriate discovery along with continuous prototyping and testing to deliver the most value in each cycle, instead of reactive, custom development.
ON Running

Thought partner for the Head of Product as she explored how best to implement a Product-led strategy and culture in an organization that is not primarily technology, nor historically digital. With a focus on missing structure and metrics, as well as competing priorities, insights and themes, a cohesive Product strategy was formed, all while navigating the organizational dynamics, stakeholder needs, and the storytelling needed to get alignment.
Flo Health
Product Leadership coaching with the Product VP responsible for content and experience, tackling issues ranging from team performance and efficiencies to implementing and executing on product strategy to stakeholder management.
FundApps Reporting

Support for the new Head of Product as he took on the role in a time when the organization shifted to strategic ways of working on long term, scalable products. Tackling expectations for the teams, joining new strategy team sessions to provide feedback, and coaching individual PMs as they uplevelled were all ways we worked to transition product, people and the organization.
